this hospital is the worst place ever, my first experience was when I took one of my friends there early morning with so much pain in her side. nurses could care less about how much she was screaming from pain. the one nurse who did her IV had all plastic wrappers on the floor and the counter was full of blood spots. today one of my friends was very sick and was on the 5th floor. the nurses came in at 9:00 PM and told her that she must leave. she had a heart beat of 40 per min and they insisted on her leaving. she couldn't even stand to get on the wheel chair so she can leave and when we told them she is not feeling good they told her if she does not leaven they will call security. DON'T GO THERE.
You could not dream up a better place to have a baby. Best staff, best service who are all supportive and caring. Great food, great food service, like a hotel stay. I have given birth in (or near) five different hospitals across the United States and this is by far the greatest. They do not make you stay for long periods of time after you have the baby. The nurse even let me use her phone charger!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone. I'm truly impressed.
Hospital doctor was a joke discharged me with a unstable blood sugar when I tried to protest discharge nobody cared made a formal complaint with administrators and have t heard from them so I guess they don't care about their patients either. Had to go to another hospital that night for elevated blood sugar FHNP. That doctor cared stabilized blood sugar and sent me home with a sliding scale so I could keep sugars under control. Will never go back I don't recommended them doctor wouldn't even listen to me such poor care!
UPDATE - Even though they asked me to contact them (see response) I could not get a hold of anyone or get a phone call back. They clearly DON'T CARE!
Awful place and a terrible experience when my husband was admitted for a heart attack. Very little communication from staff as to what was going on or what was going to happen and every person you ask gives you a completely different answer. It was a compete circus! His procedure was delayed 8 hours and then another 3 hours with absolutely no explanation at all! The hospital blamed the doctor and the doctor blamed the hospital. The procedure was not explained to us well at all and the actual procedure which we were told was a breeze and not uncomfortable at all was a pain level 10! They wouldn't even let him take a Valium to help calm him down until he was on the actual table because the doctor was not in the building yet! It was torture for him! DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! Completely unacceptable!
